The most special weddings for us to execute will forever be the ones where we get to work with one of our own team members. Many of you know Natasha because she is one of our Lead Coordinators. And, Natasha is, without a doubt, one of the kindest humans you will ever meet. She’s so patient and sweet, and she truly loves people, especially our brides and grooms. When she announced she was getting married to Joe and wanted our team by her side, there was nowhere else we would ever have wanted to be.
Natasha + Joe are incredible as individuals, and together it’s as though they are magic. They adore their friends and family, and they were so thrilled to celebrate the story and relationship they share together on their wedding day. The Omni Severin set the stage and the Union Station Grand Hall set the scene for Natasha + Joe’s Indianapolis wedding day, and their winter celebration could not have been more perfect.
On the morning of their wedding, Natasha + Joe gathered with their respective wedding parties to spend their mornings getting ready. Because we have the privilege of knowing her, we were counting down the minutes until she stepped into her wedding dress. We simply couldn’t wait until she transformed into a bride, and the moment did not disappoint!
Outside of the Omni Severin, Natasha + Joe shared their first look. We can’t get over Joe’s expression! Then another one of our favorite moments happened – their dog, Chewy, joined them for photos with Sami Renee Photography. You’ll notice Chewy appears in many of their reception details, so it was only fitting for their sweet pup to join the photo fun. Photos with their wedding party followed, and we would be remiss if we didn’t mention Natasha + Joe made sure to capture photos in the exact spot where he proposed.
Because their wedding fell only a few days after Christmas, Indianapolis and the Grand Hall at Union Station were still decked out for the holidays. Christmas trees and string lights were hung inside their truly grand venue, and we think both glowed a little brighter as Natasha + Joe officially became husband and wife. Post-vows, the newly married pair stepped away for photos and cocktails with their wedding party, while guests mingled together as the space was transformed for their reception.
A long table lined with a greenery garland served as their head table, and round tables topped with tall centerpieces awaited guests. Both were by Meg Catherine Flowers, and everyone dined on a menu created by the team at Union Station. DJ Willie Matis kept the dance floor filled for the entire night, and guests only broke away when Natasha + Joe cut their cake by Classic Cakes Carmel.
As thrilled as we are for all of our couples, the end of their wedding days always feels a bit bittersweet. And, that was definitely true as Natasha + Joe’s soiree came to a close. Like their families and friends, we adore these two, and it was both an honor and a joy to execute their day!
