A Traders Point Creamery Garden Wedding | Megan + Gene

Megan + Gene celebrated their garden-inspired wedding day in early fall, and we should warn you from the beginning that their celebration was particularly stunning! We primarily worked hand in hand with Megan and her step mom, Suzy, leading up to Megan + Gene’s big day. We absolutely loved coordinating the final details with this dynamic duo, and we had no doubts we would think Gene was equally as wonderful once we finally met. We were not wrong! These two are magnetic, especially when they’re together, and their day felt extra special as a result.

Megan + Gene celebrated both their ceremony and reception at Traders Point Creamery in Zionsville, Indiana. Their venue is home to gorgeous outdoor gardens that proved to be the perfect spot for their outdoor ceremony, and the classic rustic red barn served as the site for their wedding reception. Although both locales are spectacular on their own, they seemed to shine even brighter once The Empty Vase added their special touch with garden-inspired floral details! The ceremony arch was full of blooms in shades of ivory, mauve, peach, and pink, and the color palette looked even more stunning thanks to the abundance of sunlight Megan + Gene enjoyed throughout most of the day.

Once Megan + Gene joyfully became husband and wife (these two were beaming!), they joined the celebration with their guests inside the barn. The Empty Vase added even more florals to the space, and it looked completely transformed. We especially loved the tall centerpieces that combined garden blooms with taper candles.

Guests spent the night mingling, dining, sipping cocktails, and dancing together in the barn before the evening came to a close in one of the most epic ways. Megan + Gene’s guests lined up outside of the barn, as they ran through a tunnel of their favorite people during their sparkler exit. The end of their celebration became even more magical, however, when they reached the end of the sparklers and got to enjoy fireworks at the top of the hill. Needless to say, when the sky lit up, Megan, Gene, and their guests could officially say they had enjoyed a completely unforgettable soiree together!
