As Day of Wedding Coordinators, we tend to get an extra special peek into the relationships and dynamics of the families we work with. Not only do we walk alongside them on the wedding day to ensure they get to enjoy their experience to the fullest, we also get to see the ways a family rallies around a bride and groom to lend a hand throughout the planning process. While I (Jessica) have known Meredith for several years now, it wasn’t until she and Craig invited our team to lend a hand with their wedding plans that I got to witness just how wonderful her whole family is!

Meredith and Craig had an overall vision for their classic fall wedding at Scottish Rite Cathedral, but when it came to dreaming up the details, Meredith’s mother served her daughter and soon-to-be son-in-law so beautifully. Their vision and organization paired with our logistics experience and execution expertise was a perfect match, and we enjoyed every minute of working with them to bring this celebration to life. And Meredith’s mother wasn’t the only family member who stepped up in a special way—Meredith’s brother served as her “man of honor,” and seeing their sweet relationship highlighted could not have been sweeter. It was clear that both Meredith and Craig truly valued the families they came from and, even more so, the one they were creating together through their marriage.
