Black and gold wedding | Indiana Roof Ballroom, downtown Indianapolis

Okay friends. Stop what you’re doing and LOOK at this gorgeous duo! Not only are Jennie + Mark easy on the eyes, but they are without a doubt one of the sweetest couples! We adored working alongside these two to bring their vision of a black and gold wedding reception to life, and we could not have asked for a more perfect day!

Jennie + Mark chose the Indiana Roof Ballroom for their black and gold wedding reception, and The Empty Vase transformed the space beautifully with a mix of white florals, greenery and gold accents. We especially loved their over sized head table with a runner of mirrors running the length of the table, with an abundance of candlelight amongst high and low centerpieces. It was a show stopper and made for one incredible statement.

Another fun detail we loved about Jennie + Mark’s black and gold wedding reception was that each guest received a glass of champagne as they entered the ballroom. It doubled as an escort card for guests to find their seats and was perfectly timed just before Jennie’s parents gave a toast of welcome.
