Elegant Country Club Wedding | Ellen + Josh | Jessica Dum Wedding Coordination

One of the most important aspects of the wedding we love to take on for our brides and grooms is the logistics. No matter how skilled you are at dreaming up and executing beautiful details, most couples aren’t quite as passionate about timelines, rain plans, or transportation minutiae. Thankfully, our team loves a good schedule just as much as we love a delicious signature cocktail or a stunning bouquet, so we’re always delighted to take on a wedding with a few logistical challenges!

We could not have been more thrilled when Ellen and Josh reached out to us about coordinating their summer wedding because along with bringing their elegant vision to life, we were excited to meet a few unique needs of their wedding. For starters, they were planning from afar—in fact, we didn’t meet Josh in person until the week of the wedding! While it can be nerve-wracking to plan your wedding from a distance, Ellen was so kind and trusting of both her mother and our team to take care of every last detail.

On top of that, Ellen and Josh dreamed of holding their ceremony in Ellen’s parents’ garden. It was absolutely stunning and so meaningful, but of course, venues that are not typically venues require an extra dose of coordination and management. We were delighted when everything went off without a hitch and the weather was on our side all day long! Seeing Ellen and Josh, looking the epitome of classic in their wedding attire, exchange their vows beneath the shade of her parents’ trees took our breath away.
